Grinding MTT SnG on ACR

I have discovered ACR for me, depositing via Crypto (Kraken -> BlueWallet -> ACR). After a hefty downsing (I believe that I played far too loose after my money-finish at the PlayLive tournament), I was able to stabilize again and find my rhythm. Now I am back on track like in the good old Pokerstars days.

16.3% ROI atm!

3.30 – 11 USD MTT SnG

I have found that 1.65 USD tournaments are far too easy. Currently, I mainly play 3.30 and 6.60 turbo SnG with often around 40-50 players. They last for about 1.5 – 2 hours max, so it is not too time intense.

At the same time, you can reach a pretty gut ROI, like on a streak, I had +160 USD in 12 SnG! Of course, this is an unusual upswing, all my draws arrived, and my pairs never got cracked. Still, it feels good to be back on the winning side again.

Rather stylish win with AKs during the last 6.60 tournament with a. nice 80$ price!

Next goal: +1000 USD winnings

I want to start a little challenge and go from currently 220$ bankroll (I just discovered that I had some 228 Euro on my Pokerstars account as well that I have not touched in more than 5 years) to 1000$, and then slowly build my bankroll towards first bigger buy-ins.

I think that midterm – longterm, I will be able to play one of the main events like Aussie Millions, EPT, or even the WSOP. Having played about 5500 SnG and MTT at about 6% ROI, I have a ton of experience; however, I know that the game has progressed since, esp. with all the solvers around and more player knowing about poker theory. So, I will need to invest some time into learning more concepts again – hence I joined grndlab by Felix Schneiders and his team to become an even better and more successful player.

For the time being, I will probably stick with about 2 x 3.30, 1 x 6.60, and 1 x 11$ or 1 x 3.30, 2 x 6.60, and 1 x 11$ tables and see, how long it will take to build a more comfortable bankroll to play around 10-11 ABI. But it could well be that the ROI is far better on 3.30 – 6.60 – I will surely find out!
